Regalia

All faculty members must provide their own regalia for commencement. Please bring your regalia steamed/ironed and ready to wear. To purchase regalia, visit or contact the Campus Store and they will be happy to help you.

Parking & Where to Report

Faculty should use the Sheraton Hotel entrance and proceed to the lot circled in red on the map. Present your green parking pass to the attendant to be admitted to this parking lot.

Faculty will report to California Ballroom 3 in the Conference Center. Please be on time and allow ample time for parking and robing. All attendees (guests, graduates, faculty, etc.) are required to enter via the Red Gate and proceed through the security check.

Bag Requirements & Security Screening

There will be a walk-through security screening system in place before entering the venue for faculty, staff, graduates, and guests. All bags are subject to search by event staff. For security purposes, all attendees are encouraged to keep items to a minimum. Please plan to arrive early to avoid delays entering the venue.

Bags and purses must not exceed 5″ x 9″ x 2″ and are subject to manual inspection, including clear bags. Larger bags, backpacks*, and strollers are not permitted. Bag and stroller check services are unavailable at the Sheraton Fairplex and Conference Center.

*Exceptions for diaper bags and/or medical equipment.

  • To our families and guests attending the ceremonies, you may be recorded or photographed while on-site and assets may be used for future University publications.

Where to Report

Please be on time, and allow ample time for parking and robing. You will report to the Faculty Robing room at the Boulder Falls Center located at 505 Mullins Drive in Lebanon. Light refreshments will be provided. You will be lined up approximately thirty minutes before the ceremony begins. Faculty not present for line-up will not be seated on stage for the ceremony.
