2026 Commencement Assistant | Scheduling Survey

    Please get approval from your supervisor and then respond to all questions below no later than March 28! I will let you know on which team you have been assigned in mid-April, and your team lead will then follow-up with details.

  • If you are approved to work and are flexible with your schedule, indicate the number of days you are approved to work. The next question you can select specific shifts. Select more than one if you are available but you will only be assigned to the number of days you indicated here:


  • Due to team staffing needs, we are unable to accommodate staff working single ceremonies. Please select your availability below:


  • There is only one scheduled shift for the two ceremonies on Monday.


  • Please note: if there is a staffing shortage, you may be asked to work both shifts.

  • This DOES NOT guarantee you will be on the same team. Employees are assigned based on availability and the team's needs. Thank you for understanding.


  • We will be wearing Commencement polos at the ceremonies. Do you already have a polo? If not, please indicate your size below. Please note: College activities may have different requirements.
